Ms. Song is the vice director and the high associate of Zhejiang Zhi Yuan Da law firm. She graduated from Wuhan University , holding a master's degree.

Ms. Song specializes in real estate, international trade, foreign investment, finance, intellectual property protection, company's affairs. She is also highly experienced in litigation and arbitration.
